Cement-bonded chipboards are versatile construction panels with a smooth and hard surface that unify the requirements for fire, noise and moisture protection.

They are produced from coniferous wood chips and Portland cement in combination with mineralization agents and water. In a special procedure, the substances are mixed and then spread and thickened under high pressure. After storage and acclimatization, the format is cut. Edge profiles, special cuts, surface sanding and layering can be performed according to customer requirements.

  • They contain no formaldehyde, poisonous or harmful substances of any kind and are resistant to rodents, fungi and termites.
  • They can be worked well with tools equipped with hard metals and/or diamonds (sawing, drilling, milling). Fixing can be done with screws, nails, staples or glue.
  • They can be used in the new construction sector, in the renovation of old buildings, in industrial construction, in commercial buildings, in agricultural construction, in the construction of room cells and in prefabricated construction.
  • They are resistant to atmospheric influences and frost, crumbling and animal excrement and chemical detergents in animal stables.

They can be used very well for:

  • Facade cladding
  • Construction of wooden frames
  • Floors
  • Interior walls and ceilings
  • Partition walls with supporting constructions
  • Coverings of damp rooms
  • Fire protection constructions
  • Acoustic protection constructions
  • Wood clad construction systems
  • Sports buildings (ball throwing safety)

Composition of wood-cement slabs (A2-s1,d0):

  • about 70/75% wood chips
  • about 20/25% special cement
  • about 10/15% water content in the wood
  • about 2/5% binder
